We carefully analyse the immediate environment of the future location in close collaboration with sales team, even before a new equipment or system is installed. This eliminates sources for failures in advance.

We offer made to measure service contracts, which ensure that our service is in line with our customers' specific needs. These contracts detail all services and significantly reduce the risk of disruptions. Apart from providing regular servicing and maintenance our customers can rely on professional support suited to their specific needs. For those customers who have chosen not to take advantage of service contracts we operate a special call service (on-call) liable for costs. Technical failures can be resolved quickly, ensuring that production and research can continue smoothly.

We have installed cutting-edge information technology systems in our European headquarter in Krefeld, Germany, to ensure prompt and accurate customer request processing. A prime example is the installation of our data base linked centre, CTI (Computer Telephony Integration). As soon as our employees receive a call all relevant customer and equipment information is displayed on screen, boosting our customer support.

Apart from our European headquarter and our branch offices we have established service centres in three locations in Germany and seven in UK and Ireland in a bid to accelerate our intervention if problems arise. These centres are staffed with highly-qualified engineers from our technical services team.
