Good service starts already at time of selling a machine. In close cooperation with our customers we gather customized conceptional solutions based on the individual requirements. Our offer includes, beside of the main placement system and accessories, several consulting services as well as an intensive training of the operators and maintenance staff. After the installation we accompany the production start until everything functions satisfactorily.

In case of a technical problem you get by dialing +49(0)2151 / 6435-282 immediate ringback by a technician. In many cases a machine breakdown can be solved already by advice. If this aim cannot be achieved, a factory skilled engineer will start immediate to solve the problem on site.

Outside of our office hours (from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm) your call to above number would be forwarded to the mobile phone of a stand-by engineer, who would support to solve the problem.

The world-wide service network of Hitachi High-Technologies ensures, that in emergency case quick action takes place. In order to keep travel times short and to optimally adjust to the local requirements, our service engineers are wide-spread in Europe. If needed they are always ready to accomodate in other regions.

Important parts are available short-term, in case needed. General or customized trainings we offer according to the customers requirement.
