According to Sec. 6 II sent. 4 Electro and Electronic Apparatus Act (EEA) which is based on the so-called WEEE Directive 2002/96/EC, we are registered with the EAR Institution under No. 84881003. It is expressly pointed to customer´s obligation according to Sec. 9 EEA. Also towards customers not being private end-consumers, we are prepared to take back and dispose equipment subject to the EEA against reimbursement with related costs.
